The prices are weekly and "all-inclusive". 
Beach place included (1 sunumbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 sunchair) [not included in the apartments located in Bibione Pineda].

Prices do not include:
- € 1.00 per night and per person, tourist tax (up to a maximum of 10 nights; children up to 4 years free);
- € 50.00 / € 100.00 key deposit which will be returned upon check-out;
- € 50.00 pet fee (on request, where allowed and only upon confimation by the Boreal Agency);
- beach place for properties located in Bibione Pineda, which can be purchased on request directly from our office (limited beach places);
- bed sheets, towels and kitchen linen;
- final cleaning of the apartment.

All apartments are equipped with an APE available for viewing by the client at the Agency's premises before booking and which will be delivered at the client's request upon confirmed booking.
