The Condominio Nautilus is a modern building with a completely renovated exterior, located near the central Piazza Fontana, the venue for many events, and a short distance from the beach. The apartments have been partially renovated and are equipped with air conditioning with heat pump, television with satellite reception of Italian and foreign programmes, kitchen with microwave oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, American coffee machine and free WI-FI connection. There is also a lift serving the ground floor and a reserved parking space for each apartment.
