The block is just a stone’s throw from the lovely beach of Lido del Sole and very close to bars, restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. Guests arriving and departing on Saturdays from mid May to mid September go straight to the reception located on the ground floor next to the entrance. The building has a lift on the ground floor and the 4th floor. All the apartments have a covered reserved car parking space under shade net car ports. The apartments are equipped with climate control with a heat pump, washing machine, television with satellite for Italian and foreign channels, kitchen with large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, coffee machine, safe deposit box, free Wi-Fi connection.
