The cottages have been designed to reduce and simplify the living space without compromising on comfort. Less than 200 metres away is the splendid beach of Bibione Pineda with its kiosks and beach restaurants, paddle tennis and tennis courts. The price includes beach service (beach umbrella, deckchair and sunbed) and the initial supply of bed linen and towels for all guests.
In just 30 square metres there is a living area with a modern kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and induction hob, a double bedroom with attention to detail, a small bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with shower cubicle. The project is completed by a large veranda with a bar under which there is a washing machine and a practical storage room, a large enclosed garden with a fireplace and a shower to cool off on hot summer days, and a large covered parking area. The cottages have air conditioning, a safe, high speed fibre optic Wi-Fi and Smart TV so you can watch all your favourite programmes just like at home.
