Two-room apartments for 2/3 people (type A), for 3/4 people (type B) and three-room apartments for up to 5 people (type C) are available. The building is equipped with a new and spacious lift (NEWS 2023) that leads from the ground floor (parking) to all floors, as well as an access ramp from the main entrance, facilitating access for people with reduced mobility or families with strollers. Each apartment has a covered and numbered parking place, for normal-sized cars, not for minivans or vans. Small/medium-sized pets are allowed with a surcharge (maximum 1 per apartment).

Bibione Spiaggia , 450 from the beach . Nice family-holiday-village in a quiet area at about 450 m from the sea and 200 m from Bibione Terme and the central shopping street. The 68 villas (48 three-room apartments and 20 two-room apartments) overlook the indoor park of 7000 sqm, with swimming pools, green areas and children’s playground. The 30 m long swimming pool for adults has a seating and hydromassage side; next to there is the children's pool. The houses are very spacious (up to 80 sqm), well furnished and comfortable; the common areas are wide and well-kept. Some houses have a fenced garden suitable to our 4-legged friends (on request and subject to availability – an extra charge is required). The village has a common room with washing machines available for free use (daily from 08.00 to 20.00). In 2005 the most important European Tour Operator TUI awarded the "Ca 'del Pino holiday-village” with the prestigious "TUI HOLLY" award: that year the village was judged the best in Italy, according to the approval rating of tourists. Each building (A and B) has 4 apartments on the ground floor with private garden and 4 on the first floor with balcony.
