WEEKLY PRICES ALL INCLUDED
All prices are weekly in Euro, per apartment / villa for the number of persons indicated. They include agency right, VAT, electricity, water, gas, agency service, air conditioning or heating if available. Extra to pay is the contract's charges € 43,00 VAT included (to pay one time for reservation). The eventual tourist tax is not included in the renting-price.
For shorter renting periods the prices are individually calculated.
Final cleaning is not included in the prices, on request it's € 30,00 for the one room flat; € 35,00 for the two rooms flat; € 45,00 for the three rooms flat; € 65,00 for the villa/bungalow.
If you like there is the possibility to buy the weekly beach tickets at your arrival in our office:
Zone "BM" - Bibione Mare: € 30,00 from 05.05 to 11.05 and from 08.09 to 23.09
€ 62,50 from 12.05 to 01.06 and from 01.09 to 07.09
€ 75,00 from 02.06 to 31.08
Weekly beach ticket (from saturday to friday included), it includes 1 sunombrella, 1 sun bed, 1 deckchair; starting from the 4 th row. The 1 st, 2 nd, 3th row we’ll rent and pay directly to the beach office.
Zone "BS" - Bibione Spiaggia: € 44,00 from 12.05 to 01.06 and from 08.09 to 23.09

The sheets aren’t included on the flat’s equipped, you have to bring them with yourself, if you like you can rent them in our office: bed-sheets + pillow-case at € 7,5 pro person pro delivery; towels set (n.1 for shower + n. 1 for face) at € 7,5 pro person pro delivery.
With the payment of the deposit are accepted by the customer the "general renting condition and important rules" of the catalogue.
