The Residence also offers reserved parking spaces on the ground floor, from which two modern lifts depart, free WI-FI connection in the common areas (swimming pool, reception, playground), laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board at guests' disposal (paid service to be requested on site). Arrivals and departures of guests from mid-May to mid-September take place on Saturday directly at the reception of the residence.

Residence Luxor, C* (3+2) renovated three-room apartment on the first floor, fully glazed and equipped with blackout curtains, large terrace surrounding the entire accommodation. Consisting of a double bedroom, bedroom with single bed, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette with induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and large fridge with separate freezer compartment, bathroom with window and shower cubicle. No parking space.
