Residence Le Altane is located in Lido del Sole, in a quiet area surrounded by the lush greenery of the local pinewood. The recently built residence is situated on the seafront and has a swimming pool for adults and children and a car park in the basement garage from which the lift departs. Behind the residence there is a children's playground with mini golf, trampolines, mini cars, tennis/football courts and a bar.
This welcoming, air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment offers well-organized and functional spaces. The bright and comfortable living area features a corner kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator including a freezer compartment and an extendable sofa bed. The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom with ample wardrobe space and a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom, without a window, is fitted with a shower cubicle and washing machine. Both the living room and the two bedrooms have direct access to a large west-facing terrace overlooking the condominium greenery — the perfect spot for outdoor dining or relaxing after a day at the beach.
