Le pulizie finali di € 40,00 sono obbligatorie e comprese nel prezzo del soggiorno: l'angolo cottura va comunque lasciato pulito. All'arrivo viene richiesta una cauzione di € 200,00 in contanti. Verrà restituita dopo il controllo dell'alloggio e la restituzione delle chiavi. Resta inteso che se i danni saranno maggiori ella cauzione, l'ospite dovrà rifondere l'intero importo.
